AfriLens Intelligence keeps all intellectual property in its reports. A purchase or subscription gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence on the terms below.

1. Single-user licence

For one named individual (including a subscriber).
You may store the files on up to [3 – confirm] personal devices and print one copy for personal reference.
You may not share files, logins or download links with anyone else, including colleagues.

2. Team and Enterprise licences

Team licence: 1.6× the Single price. Up to 5 named users in one organisation, with internal sharing among them.
Enterprise licence: 2.5× the Single price. Unlimited internal users in one company group (parent and subsidiaries), including intranet and shared-drive distribution.
Both are offered as licence options at checkout. Prices are shown on each report page.
Catalogue Enterprise pass: R195,000 a year, an Enterprise licence to every report on sale during the 12-month term. See Catalogue Enterprise.
You may store the files on internal, access-controlled systems.
You may quote short excerpts with attribution (“Source: AfriLens Intelligence”) in internal documents [confirm external client use].

3. Rapid Scan deliverables

Rapid Scan deliverables are licensed to the ordering company for internal use [confirm].

4. No redistribution

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, upload to public or shared repositories, or use the reports or data to train machine-learning models or build competing products, without our prior written consent.

5. Watermarking

Files may carry the purchaser's name or order reference.

6. Termination

If you breach this licence, it ends automatically and you must delete all copies.
